2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when creating an account (name, email), completing your profile (phone contacts, photo), publishing listings (vehicle details and photos, location) and contacting us. We also collect technical usage data such as IP address, device type and pages visited.
3. Purposes
We use the data to operate the platform, publish your listings, connect buyers to sellers, produce listing usage statistics, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations and communicate relevant service information.
4. Data sharing
Contacts you mark as public are shown to people interested in your listings. We share data with providers that support the platform's operation (hosting, authentication, email), bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Retention
We keep data while the account is active. When you close your account, personal data is anonymised and listings are removed; some records may be kept for the period required to meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Most data can be managed directly in the dashboard under Profile. For other requests, contact us.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, role-based access control and database-level data isolation.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page, with the date at the top updated.
